Q.  Do we charge fees?

A.  No.  We do not charge fees for our financial services.  If we help you implement the financial planning strategies that we recommend, we will receive commissions from the company that you place your transactions with.

Q.  What does our firm do?

A.  We provide comprehensive financial planning advice for individuals, families, retirees and business owners.  First we interview clients to determine their goals and financial objectives, and at the same time find out about their current resources and what their situation is.  Once we have all that objective and subjective information, we prepare a proposal with your options and our recommendations for presentation.  Then, armed with all the choices you can choose from, you can make educated decisions as to how you want to proceed.  We can then help you implement your planning choices and work with you on an ongoing basis to update and monitor your plan, so as things change in the world and in your life...we can adjust and update your plan accordingly.

Q.  Do we provide any type of guarantee?

A.  Yes.  While we cannot guarantee any investments or other financial vehicles, we can, and do, guarantee your satisfaction with our service.  If you feel that the service we provided was not professional and courtious or in any way not to your liking, for any reason what-so-ever, you can count on us to correct the situation.

Q.  What is our privacy policy?

A.  We adhere to a strict privacy policy to insure that your personal and financial information remains confidential.  No one cares more about your privacy, honors your confidentiality and values your trust more than we do here at Fredriksen Financial.  Because communicating with you requires that we have your personal contact information...we have an absolute, strict, iron-clad, guaranteed privacy policy.

We will not release any of your personal information to anyone.  PERIOD.  We guarantee to you that we will never sell, rent, give, trade or otherwise provide anything you tell us to any person or company that is not part of our own enterprise without your permission.  We assume that we have your permission to share your personal information, as necessary,  with companies to whom you have submitted applications or established accounts, so that we can supply the products and services you requested.

Fredriksen Financial will use your contact information to maintain our relationship with you and provide service information, newsletters or product announcements from time to time.  We may contact you by telephone, mail, e-mail, or by fax depending on the importance, content, or format of the material and of course, your preference.
